If merely tapping away at your smartphone doesn't get your gaming adrenaline flowing as much as you thought it would, perhaps attaching a wireless controller might do the trick, and as luck would have it, SteelSeries just released one today in collaboration with local telco StarHub

Equipped with a 90-hour rechargeable battery, highly-responsive ALPS Analog thumbsticks with clickable L3/R3 buttons, and Precision Hall Effect triggers, among other features, the brand-new Stratus+ wireless controller allows players to quite literally "up their game" by enhancing their in-game precision and control.

After all, it's certainly much easier to work with proper thumbsticks than a touchscreen in most cases. The former is much less likely to miss a beat, and more importantly, your in-game button inputs - doing so can mean the difference between victory and defeat, especially in shooters and similarly fast-paced games. Portability isn't an issue either, as the controller comes with a slim, space-saving phone mount that's compatible with any Android smartphone and will ensure your controller is firmly attached while you're playing.

As for our friends who play on PCs and consoles, fret not, as you won't be left out of the fun. The Stratus+ can be hooked up to your Chromebooks (or any Android device) via Bluetooth, or to your PCs via USB connection, allowing you to enjoy the same top-tier precision and control.

Speaking of compatibility, the Stratus+ also works with NVIDIA's GeForce NOW service, and if you purchase the controller through StarHub, you can even enjoy a one-month GeForce Now Powered by StarHub subscription worth S$19.99. To add on, new and existing GeForce NOW Powered by StarHub subscribers can enjoy discounts of up to 10% on selected SteelSeries products when making a purchase through the telco's GameHub+ marketplace.

Yet, while the controller is certainly impressive in and of itself, access to GeForce NOW is an equally big offering, as it brings an ever-increasing wealth of PC and console-level experiences that you can stream on your smartphones wherever you go. At the time of writing, the list includes titles like Dota 2, Apex Legends, and Destiny 2 just to name a few, and you can even link it up to your Steam, Epic Games, and Ubisoft Connect accounts for maximum convenience.

As for pricing and availability, the Stratus+ is currently retailing for S$119 at Endless Passion, Tec Drome, Steelseries Lazada official store, Steelseries Shopee official store, Amazon Singapore, TOG, and other major channels.
