In case you missed it, StarHub has done a number of other things to help out during this pandemic, including giving healthcare professionals six months of unlimited local talk time. Singtel isn't standing by idly, either. Singtel consumers are getting three months of free access to Singtel Cast, which gives them access to channels like Discovery, Asian Food Network, Cartoon Network and Nickelodeon. Singtel TV consumers will also get free access to 30 channels.

The telco is also raising S$2 million to provide financial support for impacted communities, and put together a care package of free services for consumers. Read more about these local telcos' efforts here.
