Starhub investigating ongoing broadband and digital voice service disruption (updated)

Updated 7 PM: As of 6.30 PM Starhub is reporting that all intermittent issues have now been resolved and all services are back to full service.

Originally reported 5.30 PM: Following reports from some of our forum members regarding connectivity issues with Starhub's broadband services today, Starhub has confirmed that both its broadband network and digital voice services were disrupted and that some users are still facing intermittent difficulties. The problem was first reported at 9.30 AM today, with Starhub acknowledging the problem at 11.16 AM with a post on its Facebook page:

Just over an hour later, at 12.34 PM, the issue was apparently solved, with Starhub reporting restored service for both broadband and digital voice services.

However, a later update at 4.12 PM indicated that some customers were still experiencing "intermittent difficulties in using the services".

Starhub says it is currently working to fully resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
