StarHub is announcing the availability of Amazon Prime as part of the streaming services available on StarHub TV+ today. With the addition, StarHub says that this is the ninth streaming service for customers in Singapore in addition to those like Netflix, Disney+, iQiyi, and Hotstar.

All new and re-contracting StarHub TV+, Broadband and HomeHub+ customers who sign up for an Amazon Prime membership will get three months of Amazon Prime Video access for free.

Existing customers can also sign up for Amazon Prime membership and enjoy free access to Amazon Prime Video for a month. This will automatically be renewed at S$2.99 per month.

The Amazon Prime Video app will automatically be made available on the StarHub TV+ Box for easy access.

However, note that existing Amazon Prime subscribers can only access content via the app on the StarHub TV+ Box and not via the StarHub TV+ app on their smartphones or tablets.

Subscribers to Amazon Prime will receive more than just video content. Using the Amazon.sg website, they’ll also be able to enjoy shopping and gaming benefits, including:
