StarHub brings the 10Gbps experience home with an integrated wireless router and free installation

StarHub has announced it is bringing a new integrated Optical Network Router for users subscribed to its 10Gbps UltraSpeed Broadband service.

The Nokia XS-2426X-A-ONR combines an optical network terminal and a router into a single device, providing customers with upload and download speeds of up to 10Gbps and comes equipped with Wi-Fi 6, one 10G LAN port, and three 1G LAN ports. Do note that it doesn’t replace the NetLink Trust fibre termination point but does support both the wired and wireless needs of customers.

The StarHub UltraSpeed Broadband service uses Multi-gig Wi-Fi to provide equal upload and download speeds on StarHub’s 10G-XGS-PON network, to meet the speed demands of users who are data-hungry and consume and create content at a higher rate.

Those who subscribe to StarHub’s 10Gbps plan will receive both the router and its service installation for free. StarHub’s UltraSpeed is available at S$119.90 monthly, with a 24-month contract.
