Spotify rolls out karaoke mode for some users
Spotify is rolling out a new feature for users to sing along to their favourite tunes.
The karaoke mode is believed to be rolled out as a software update from this week. Some users reported seeing a sing icon on the top right corner of the lyric sheet. The karaoke mode can even rate your singing skills by giving you a percentage score at the end of the song.
A Spotify spokesperson told The Sun that the company conducts several tests regularly to improve user experience. While some tests pave the way for a broader user experience, some will provide important learnings.
In the meantime, do keep a lookout for the Spotify app update!
