Sony Unveils New Cyber-shot Cameras with 360 Degrees Sweep Panorama mode
Sony has unveiled three new Cyber-shot camera models, the DSC-W610, DSC-W620 and DSC-W650. These Cyber-shot compact cameras feature Sony's new 360° Sweep Panorama mode, which allows for capture of seamless 360 degree panoramic images of the surrounding landscape with one easy "press and sweep" motion.
The DSC-W610 has a 14.1 megapixel Super HAD CCD image sensor with 26mm (in 35mm equivalent) lens. Featuring 4x optical zoom, the DSC-W610 also has a 2.7-inch LCD screen. Other features include Sony's new 360° Sweep Panorama mode, and an Intelligent Auto mode automatically optimizes camera settings based on the shooting environment.
The DSC-W620 has a 14.1 megapixel Super HAD CCD image sensor with a wide 28mm (in 35mm equivalent) lens. It also has 5x optical zoom and a 2.7-inch LCD screen. Features include Sony's new 360° Sweep Panorama mode, HD Movie mode (720p) and SteadyShot image stabilization which reduces image blur due to camera shake. It also possesses Intelligent Auto mode which automatically optimizes camera settings based on the shooting environment.
The DSC-W650 has a 16.1 megapixel Super HAD CCD image sensor with 25mm (in 35mm equivalent) lens that is capable of 5x optical zoom. Other features include a 3.0-inch LCD screen, HD Movie mode (720p), Sony's new 360° Sweep Panorama mode and Optical SteadyShot image stabilization which will reduce image blur due to camera shake.
