Update at 1PM: A SingTel spokesperson informed HardwareZone that service was fully restored at 10.15AM. A hardware fault is to be blamed for the intermittent connection issues, which affected a small group of users.

SingTel just posted on its Facebook Page and Twitter that some customers in the Bedok area are facing intermittent issues with their fibre-based services. Their engineers are working to restore the services as soon as possible.

We did a check on the forums and found that the problem is not isolated to Bedok; forum members claimed that their fibre services in Tanah Merah, Upper East Coast Road and Kallang are down as well.

We've reached out to SingTel for further information. We will update this section as soon as we have information. Stay tuned.
