SingTel and StarHub Reveal Price Plans for Samsung Galaxy S III
*Update at 10.46 p.m: StarHub unveiled its price plans for the Samsung Galaxy S III. As expected, the contract pricing is similar to what SingTel currently offers.
- S$498 for customers who sign up for a two-year contract on 3G SmartSurf 100 at S$38 per month
- S$348 for customers who sign up for a two-year contract on 3G SmartSurf 300 at S$58 per month
- S$198 for customers who sign up for a two-year contract on 3G SmartSurf 700 and SmartSurf Unlimited at S$98 and S$205 per month
With one more day to the official launch event of the Samsung Galaxy S III at the three telcos, SingTel started the ball rolling by revealing the price plans for the Android smartphone. The contract price of the Samsung Galaxy S III is as follows:
- S$498 for customers who sign up for a two-year contract on 3G Flexi Lite at S$39.90 / month
- S$348 for customers who sign up for a two-year contract on 3G Flexi Value at S$59.90 / month
- S$198 for customers who sign up for a two-year contract on 3G Flexi Plus and Premium at S$99.90 and S$205 / month respectively
For pre-registered customers, you can complete your purchase by entering your NRIC / FIN. Delivery of the handsets will begin from 29th May, 9 p.m onwards. Do note that the Samsung Galaxy S III will only be available in Marble White at launch. Its Pebble Blue counterpart will be available at a later date.
At point of publication,we are still waiting for M1 to release its price plans. We believe that the contract pricing for the Samsung Galaxy S III will not differ drastically across all three telcos.
