SingPost Launches Its Post-a-Card Mobile App

Singapore Post Limited (SingPost) today launched its latest service, the Post-a-Card mobile app. The local app aims to brings back a more personal touch - the joy of receiving and holding an actual postcard, an unexpected memento of love or sharing of a great experience through the mail.

Available on both the iOS and Android platforms, the Post-a-Card app is the first of a series of digital initiates by SingPost. The service works by allowing users to create personalized 4 x 6-inch high quality glossy postcards from their smartphones and delivering it to family and friends anywhere in the world via SingPost. In a bid to motivate people to reconnect with personal mail, SingPost is giving the first Post-a-Card free.

The free Post-a-Card mobile app can be downloaded from iTunes App Store or Google Play. S$1.90 will be charged per card if it is sent within Singapore, and S$2.50 if it is sent anywhere else globally. Customers can choose to pay using credit cards, PayPal, or prepaid credits.
