Sennheiser has a new pair of wireless earbuds which is designed for fitness enthusiasts and athletes.

The Sennheiser Sport True wireless earbuds come with the Adaptable Acoustic feature that allows you to choose either open or closed ear adapters and adjust EQ settings according to your preferences.

When you use the open ear adapters with the Aware EQ settings, the Sport True wireless earbuds can reduce body-borne noise (e.g. own heartbeat, footsteps) and allow some ambient noise to enter for better situational awareness. The closed ear adapter and Focus EQ settings will come in handy if you prefer to listen to your own music and not be distracted by noises in the environment.

There are customisable presets via the Sound Check feature if you prefer a more personalised audio experience. Other specs include Bluetooth 5.2 compatibility, support for audio codecs (SBC, AAC, aptX), a 7mm dynamic driver, IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance, sweat resistance, battery life of up to 9 hours, and a charging case which provides an extra 18 hours of usage.

The Sennheiser Sport True wireless earbuds will be available from 3 May at a retail price of US$129.95. We will update this article when we have the local availaibility and pricing.
