Sennheiser's new Bluetooth earbuds are very light and have 6-hour battery life
Sennheiser just unveiled a new pair of Bluetooth in-ear phones at CES 2018 which is relatively affordable, lightweight and offers above average battery life.
It is not a pair of true wireless Bluetooth earphones though; the Sennheiser CX 6.00BT has an around-the-neck cable design which weighs just 14g. There is also a cable divider for better adjustment and a choice of four sizes of ear adapters for an optimized fit.
The CX 6.00BT has multi-connection capability which allows you to pair up to two devices simultaneously, a feature that will come in handy when switching between a phone and a computer.
Another key feature is the 6-hour battery life, which is above the typical 4 to 5-hour battery life of competing products. It supports fast charging via USB where ten minutes of charging will give you two hours of usage and a full charge only takes 1.5 hours.
Other specs include an integrated microphone with cVc noise cancellation technology, 3-way calling support, a three-button remote for controlling music/calls, voice prompts to keep up-to-date on the battery status, Bluetooth 4.2 and Qualcomm apt-X Low Latency Compatibility for keeping audio transmission in sync with the visuals during gaming or video viewing.
The CX 6.00BT will be available later this month for US$99.95 (~S$133).
