Sennheiser Launches Its Concierge Service

Sennheiser is ramping up its customer support and after-sales capabilities with the launch of Sennheiser Concierge.

Available for the duration of the product's two-year warranty, this premium service is extended to audiophiles who purchase selected premium Sennheiser products such as the HD 800, HD 700, and IE 800 headphones.

Products to be repaired will be picked up and returned promptly, with the convenience of a free two-way local delivery service. Sennheiser will also lend customers a replacement model until their own is returned, subject to availability. In addition, Sennheiser will provide free maintenance service such as cleaning and testing once a year for owners of these premium models during the warranty period.

The Sennheiser Concierge service is only available to customers who have purchased products in Singapore through authorized retailers, the Sennheiser concept store at Marina Square, and the Sennheiser showroom at Alexandra Technopark.
