Secretlab has announced new collection featuring the designs of Mobile Suit Gundam, its first collaboration with the franchise. The mecha style has always been difficult to illustrate and design due to its intricacy and high amount of detail, Secretlab has managed to translate that into its signature TITAN Evo lineup.
Mobile Suit Gundam has lasted through five decades and seen countless iterations in different media, but Secretlab appears to be aiming for its roots with this collab. The first of the new TITAN Evos features the design of the RX-78-2 Gundam, the iconic blue, red, white and yellow mobile suit that's been a part of the Gundam franchise since the start.
The second TITAN Evo design revolves around Char Aznable's MS-06S Zaku II, this time with his full red-and-black colour scheme, along with a 3D embroidered pattern meant to resemble the suit's hydraulics pipes.
Both chairs also feature a stitched tag featuring the names of their respective pilots, Amuro Ray and Char Aznable (the franchise's original protagonist and antagonist), on the top of the headrest.

If you already own a Secretlab TITAN Evo, you won't be left out; the designs are coming to its SKINS Lite series of chair sleeves (read our review of how they feel here), though it seems that it won't be arriving to the more upscale SKINS lineup. While you still get Amuro Ray's RX-78-2 design, the MS-06 design differs in its colour scheme, adopting a green and black that appears on the more standard version of the mobile suit:

While these designs are new, they're still built off the standard TITAN Evo, and thus contain the features found on the normal versions of the chair, including Secretlab's cold-cure foam, sculpted pebbel seat base and dynamic lumbar support.
Additionally, a new MAGPAD, or magnetic desk mat for the MAGNUS Pro standing desk, is also a part of this collection, and it features line art of the RX-78-2 and Char's MS-06S. The design of both mobile suits facing opposite directions was intentional, as this is the first MAGPAD where you're meant to rotate the desk mat, depending on which of the mobile suits you prefer.
Also coming with the new MAGNUS Pro desk is a similarly-themed Mobile Suit Gundam Edition MAGNUS Cable Management Bundle, featuring sheaths in the design of the two mobile suits.
