Pricing and promos for Samsung's new Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5 in Singapore

Samsung has announced the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5 and you probably want one. That's understandable. In this article, we'll tell you when and where you can get one and how much they'll cost. Singapore pricing of Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 and Galaxy Z Fold5

Prices of the Galaxy Z Flip5 will start at S$1,498 for the 256GB version, while prices of the Galaxy Z Fold5 will start at S$2,398, also for the 256GB version. That means both phones retain the same price points as last year's models, but offer you many updates at no added cost. Here are the full pricing details and available finishes:

Notably, this year's Galaxy Z Flip5 does not see a 128GB variant for the Singapore market. The 512GB variant is also S$70 cheaper at launch, when compared to last year's equivalent Galaxy Z Flip4 model.

Galaxy Z Fold5 remained identical to last year's launch prices, with 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB options all returning.

When and where can I order them?

Pre-orders started on 26 July 2023. The early bird collection date for initial pre-orders starts from 4 August 2023 onwards.

In-store retail across Samsung, its partner telcos, and retailers begin on 11 August 2023. 

If you prefer buying the phone without a contract, you could order through the Samsung Online Store.

Customers who pre-ordered from the Samsung Online Store can collect their devices in person from 4 August 2023 onwards or opt for delivery.

Customers who pre-ordered their devices in person at a Samsung Experience Store can collect their devices from the same store from 4 August 2023 onwards.

Samsung Care+ Screen Care gives customers 24/7 dedicated remote support via the Samsung Hotline and Live Chat features. You can get also get door-to-door service, 50% savings on out-of-warranty repairs, extended warranty, complimentary screen protective film replacement, and more.

• What's noteworthy here is that customers who pre-order the Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5 will receive 1-year complimentary Samsung Care+ Screen Care, worth S$121 and S$177 respectively.
  
   
• Additionally, customers who pre-order will also be entitled to a free one-time screen replacement.

Take note this improved care service perks are only applicable for the new Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5 phones and will not apply to their older model that's still available in retail.

Finally, customers can extend their Samsung Care+ Screen Care Coverage at S$88 for the Galaxy Z Flip5 and S$128 for the Galaxy Z Fold5 for an additional year of protection.
