Samsung announced that its flagship Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G won the Best Smartphone award at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2021.

The category judges at MWC 2021 attributed the "stunning AMOLED display, best-in-class cameras and more" for awarding the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G with the "Best Smartphone" title. The Best Smartphone category is part of the annual Global Mobile Awards (GLOMO Awards) at MWC which recognises the hardware, software and services that drive innovation across the global mobile industry.

Samsung also previewed its new smartwatch platform, One UI Watch at MWC 2021. It has a redesigned interface that is part of a unified platform developeed with Google. One UI Watch is expected to debut on the upcoming Galaxy Watch4 next month.
