Samsung's upcoming Galaxy S21 FE phone has been leaked in renders published by tipster @OnLeaks.

According to the tipster, the Galaxy S21 FE has a frosted 'glastic" rear panel, a shiny metal frame and a chassis that measures 155.7 x 74.5 x 7.9mm. In comparison, the 6.5-inch Galaxy S20 FE measures 159.8 x 74.5 x 8.4mm. This means the Galaxy S21 FE could come with a slightly smaller footprint. The display size of the Galaxy S21 FE is also believed to be slightly smaller at 6.4-inches.

The rear camera module of the Galaxy S21 FE sets it apart from the flagship Galaxy S21 lineup. While the latter models have the Contour Cut Camera design where the camera housing merges with the metal frame, the Galaxy S21 FE's camera housing is integrated and protrude directly from the rear panel.

A leaked mini-roadmap of Samsung suggests that the Galaxy S21 FE could be announced in August. While August is typically reserved for the launch of the Galaxy Note models, Samsung is considering to skip the launch due to "a series imbalance in supply and demand of chips in the IT sector globally".
