Samsung Galaxy Note8 launches on 15th September at S$1,398, pre-orders start tomorrow

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 is coming to Singapore on 15^th September 2017. It will retail at S$1,398 for the 64GB version (the only model to retail in Singapore), and interested buyers can begin pre-ordering their handsets from 25^th August 2017, 12 PM. Colors available are Midnight Black, Maple Gold, and Orchid Gray. Here's a video summary on all the essentials you need to know about the Galaxy Note8:-

Pre-order details

As listed above, you can pre-order the phone from 25^th August 2017, 12pm. You can do it via your preferred telco, directly from Samsung, or from an online or offline official reseller of your choosing.

If you prefer pre-ordering a non-contract unit through Samsung, you can do so at their online page, or at a Samsung Experience Store of your choice during opening hours. Buyers are expected to place a S$100 deposit while selecting their preferred Note8 collection time-slot and collection point.

Collection points are at selected Samsung Experience Stores, or at the upcoming Galaxy Studio roadshow exhibit (this time, it’s going to be at The Plaza, Level 1 of VivoCity). We'll update this space again when we know the operational dates/timing of the Galaxy Studio showcase.

Yes, the Galaxy Note8 is part of the Samsung Concierge, a S$38 after-sales service package. Samsung fans that have a Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge covered by Samsung Concierge are eligible for the S$350 discount when upgrading to a Galaxy Note8.

128GB and 256GB variants? Colors?

Singapore will not officially receive the 128GB or 256GB variants. The Deepsea Blue color option is not yet available in Singapore. However, our experiences with their previous handsets indicate that Samsung Singapore will likely bring in the Blue variants two months after the launch.
