Samsung's Galaxy A-series phones have always been a mainstay option among midrange alternatives, and we had high praise for last year's Galaxy A54. Now, there are even more affordable options in the lineup with the newly announced Galaxy A15 in both LTE and 5G models and the Galaxy A25 5G.

Both phones come with octa-core processors, although Samsung did not share what chipset lies in the Galaxy A15. The Galaxy A25 is running on the 5nm Exynos 1280 chipset, and both phones offer up to 8GB of RAM (limited to 4GB on the Galaxy A15 LTE variant) and 128GB of storage, although these phones offer expandable storage via microSD cards up to 1TB, which is excellent.
The Galaxy A15 and Galaxy A25 both rock a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display, although the Galaxy A25's screen is a little better with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1,000-nits of peak brightness compared to the A15's 90Hz refresh rate and 800-nits peak brightness.

There are large 5,000mAh batteries inside the phones with 25W wired charging. Both phones come with a triple camera array, with the 50MP main camera and 2MP macro camera being the same across the board. The Galaxy A25 has an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 13MP front camera, while the Galaxy A15 only has a 5MP ultrawide camera and a different 13MP front camera.
Both phones come with Samsung's new One UI 6, running on Android 14, and the Samsung Knox feature has even been extended to the Galaxy A-series phones for the first time, providing even more security when it comes to securing users' information. Samsung also promises four generations of OS updates and five years of security updates for the Galaxy A15 and Galaxy A25 phones.

Both phones are available for purchase now via Singtel, StarHub, Samsung Online Store, Samsung Shop App, Samsung Experience Stores, the Samsung Official Store in iShopChangi and major consumer electronics & IT stores.
The Samsung Galaxy A15 LTE will retail for S$228, while the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G will go for S$298. The Samsung Galaxy A25 5G is the most expensive out of the bunch at S$388.
