Razer has a new keyboard, and for the first time, it’s not targeted at gamers. The BlackWidow Lite is a keyboard for professionals, and Razer actually means working professionals, instead of pro gamers.

The result is one of Razer’s best-looking keyboards in a while. For starters, it features a more compact tenkeyless design and a frameless matte aluminum body But what really differentiates it from the rest of Razer’s line-up is the absence of RGB Chroma lighting. In its place, you get white LEDs which provide a far more muted look.

Razer wants you to use this keyboard in the office, which is why it’s also equipped it with the Razer Orange mechanical switches, a tactile, silent switch. The keyboard even comes with sound-dampening o-rings, so you won’t annoy your co-workers. In addition, the braided USB can be detached for easier transport.

However, while Razer designed the keyboard for the workplace, that doesn’t mean it isn’t also a perfectly capable gaming keyboard. It will work with the Synapse 3 software, so you can do the usual stuff like program individual keys. There’s a built-in gaming mode as well that will disable the Windows key and the Alt+Tab shortcut.

The BlackWidow Lite is available to buy now at S$149.90.
