QuickTake and video resolution toggle coming to more iPhone models in iOS 14

QuickTake is currently available on the iPhone 11 lineup.

With the availability of the first iOS 14 developer beta for download, more unannounced features are being discovered including two camera-related features which are currently exclusive to the iPhone 11 lineup.

QuickTake, a feature which allows users to record videos in Photo mode by holding down the Shutter button, will be coming to the iPhone XR, iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max in iOS 14.

The option to toggle video resolution in the Camera app was made available in iOS 13.2 for the iPhone 11 models. There is now a new "Video Format Control" option in the Camera settings for all other iPhone and iPad models that run iOS 14.

Apple previewed several new features coming to iOS 14 at WWDC 2020 yesterday. You can check out the major features in our article here.
