Qoo10 launched a new delivery option today – it delivers ordered items from local merchants to the buyer, within three hours of purchase. That’s fast.

Dubbed as Quick Delivery, the new delivery option only applies if the Singapore-based buyer orders from a local merchant. This service costs S$5.99 and Qoo10 shoppers can pick a preferred time-slot: of 10 A.M. -1 P.M., 1 P.M. – 4 P.M. and 4 P.M. – 7 P.M. – note that Quick Delivery is available throughout the week, except on public holidays.

"We are continuously innovating and reinventing our products and services to suit the changing needs of our customers – offering users a wider range of services,” said Yang Choi, CEO, Qxpress Singapore (Qxpress services one of the delivery options available in Qoo10, and is also dealing with Quick Delivery). “Singaporeans are savvy online shoppers who not only go for attractive prices, but also look for value-added services to have enjoyable shopping experiences.”

We’ll update the article with details on how to use Quick Delivery when Qoo10 responds.

8th February 2017, 7.06 P.M: According to Qoo10, Quick Delivery is listed as "QX Quick" on their site  (shown above).  Qoo10 said that this feature is very new, and its third-party merchants will require some time to opt in to provide Quick Delivery for their products.
