QNAP has brought its new four and six-bay, TS-x64 NAS solutions to Singapore, the TS-464 and TS-664.

Powered by an Intel Celeron N5105 and N5095 respectively, support for up to 16GB of RAM, two 2.5GbE RJ45 ports and Port Trunking for up to 5Gbps combined bandwidth. They also feature M.2 PCIe Gen3 and PCIe Gen 3 slots so users can install a QM2 card for M.2 SSD caching, an Edge TPU for AI image recognition, or 10GbE/5GbE network cards.

Both drives can take 3.5-inch SATA HDDs, 2.5-inch SATA HDDs, and 2.5-inch SATA SSDs.

QNAP says that users can run light virtual machines and containers off the NAS. They also support multi-cloud backup, cloud storage gateways, 4K HDMI output and real-time transcoding.

In terms of the read and write speeds, the TS-464 and TS-664 have speeds of 1,647MB/s and 1,632MB/s and 1,644MB/s and 1,526MB/s respectively.

The TS-464 enclosure is available now on QNAP’s official stores on Lazada and Shopee for S$929 while the TS-664 enclosure is available enow on QNAP’s official stores on Lazada and Shopee for S$1,199. Both come with a three year limited warranty.

Note that there will be additional costs for purchasing the drives.
