A growing number of complaints from customers, drivers, and GrabFood delivery riders have been seen popping up on Grab’s Facebook page as the company’s app became inaccessible on Tuesday.

Reports have the app suffering outages across a number of Southeast Asian nations including Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

In a Facebook post, Grab said that their “services are not accessible at the moment” with reports stating that services including its popular transport and food delivery services have not been accessible to its consumers as early as 7:30am.

According to a Grab spokesperson:

We are currently experiencing a service disruption. Our teams are working hard to fix this and we will provide updates as they become available. We apologise for the inconvenience.
