Production of OnePlus 3T stopped to make way for the OnePlus 5

The OnePlus 3T is barely a year in the market and it has officially reached the end of its production life.

In an official forum post, OnePlus announced it is "the last call to buy the OnePlus 3T before stock runs out". The company shared that there are "only a few devices" left in the warehouse. Despite stopping the production of the phone model, OnePlus wants to assure users that it will continue to provide software updates and support for the OnePlus 3T and 3.

OnePlus is gearing up to launch its next flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 5 as early as next month. Leaked specs include a 5.5-inch Quad-HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 8GB RAM and 64GB internal storage space with microSD support. Its imaging capabilities could surpass the HTC U11 and Samsung Galaxy S8 as OnePlus is working with DxO to improve the photography experience.

If you're interested to purchase the OnePlus 3T, there is an ongoing group buy on Qoo10 where the phone is sold at S$600. The group order will cease in four days (as of writing), so hurry before the deal is over!
