6 August 2020 2.30PM update: StarHub has kindly informed us that they do not offer the 4G variant of the Galaxy Note20. Folks pre-ordering through StarHub can still pre-order the Note20 (5G variant) and Note20 Ultra. The same information has been appended to the relevant section below.
The Samsung Galaxy Note20 and Galaxy Note20 Ultra officially go on sale on 21 August 2020. Here, we have the pre-order details and the benefits of other added services, like the Samsung Concierge Care Pack, the ability to test drive either device, and the Samsung vPromoter programme for added purchase assistance. Before we start dissecting our options, let's look at the variants we're getting here:
- Galaxy Note20 (256GB, 4G variant) at S$1,398
- Galaxy Note20 (256GB, 5G variant) at S$1,548
- Galaxy Note20 Ultra (256GB, 5G) at S$1,898
The Galaxy Note20 comes in Mystic Bronze, Mystic Gray, and Mystic Green. The Galaxy Note20 Ultra has Mystic Bronze, Mystic Black, and Mystic White.

Pre-ordering and registration of interest via telcos
Customers can visit the following telco URLs to pre-order and register their interest in the Galaxy Note20 series devices:
Folks who pre-order via this option can start collecting their devices from 17 August 2020.
M1 and Singtel buyers can opt to receive their Note20 series phones via in-store collection, delivery, or through POPStation collection. StarHub buyers can receive their unit via delivery only.

You can also pre-order directly from Samsung if you wish to grab a Galaxy Note20 series phone without contract. Either drop by the Samsung Online Store or physically visit a Samsung Experience Store during their opening hours.
