Ever since we started using smartphones, battery life has been something that has never really satisfied. Just being able to last an entire weekend has become something to crow about. Even getting through a day of video and social media surfing without needing a recharge or external battery support is close to impossible.

A 4G only smartphone, the Oppo A94 comes with an AMOLED 6.43-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels and a refresh rate of 60HZ. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P95 processor and comes with 8GB of RAM with 128GB of storage.

Besides the lack of 5G capability, the A94 also doesn't support NFC.

Available in two colours (Fluid Black and Fantastic Purple), it runs Oppo’s own ColorOS 11.1 and is a dual-SIM smartphone that accepts dual 4G SIM cards and up to 256GB of expandable storage.

To solve the battery life issue, the Oppo A94 has a 4310mAh battery and 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 technology. When the battery is nearly depleted, the 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 can provide enough power to allow users to watch YouTube for about three hours on a five-minute charge.

Adding more to the camera

At its most basic, the Oppo A94 on the rear packs a 48MP main camera, an 8MP camera, a 2MP camera with a macro lens, and a 2MP mono lens camera. It also sports a 32-megapixel camera on the front for selfies.

Some of the camera features include AI Colour Portrait, Monochrome Video, Dual-View Video, Dynamic Bokeh, Night Flare Portrait, AI Colour Portrait, AI Beautification 2.0, AI Scene Enhancement 2.0, and Soloop.
