OnePlus unveils new Nord phone with Snapdragon 750 5G and 4,500mAH battery

OnePlus just introduced a new member of the Nord lineup, the Nord CE 5G. According to OnePlus, CE stands for Core Edition and the latest Nord model is built on core elements that its users loved about the original Nord. 

The Nord CE 5G comes with a 6.43-inch AMOLED display (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) that sypports 90Hz refresh rate, Qualcomm Snapdragon 750 5G, 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM options, 128GB/256GB internal storage options, and a 4,500mAh battery which supports its Warp Charge 30T Plus fast charging. 

On the rear is a triple-camera setup consisting of a 64MP f/1.79 sensor, an 8MP f/2.25 ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP f/2.4 monochrome sensor. The Nord CE 5G supports 4K video recording at 30fps, and super slow motion 1080p video recording at 120fps or 720p video at 240fps. The front shooter is a 16MP f/2.45 Sony IMX471 sensor. 

Other specs include an in-display fingerprint sensor, face unlock, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, accelerometer, electronic compass, proximity sensor, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a dual nano-SIM slot.

The OnePlus Nord CE 5G is available for pre-order in Europe and India. Based on GSMArena's report, the Nord CE 5G will be coming to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Hong Kong.
