Looking for an affordable Android tablet? The OnePad Pad Go could be coming soon

OnePlus has revealed the design and launch date for its second tablet, the Pad Go.

OnePlus India shared a photo of the Pad Go on X, which reveals the front and back of the tablet. Unlike the single-coloured OnePlus Pad, the OnePlus Pad Go adopts a two-toned design on the rear.

The power button and volume controls are visible on the left side of the tablet. And although we can't see the port, we fully expect the Pad Go to feature a USB-C port.

As for the display, what we know now is that it will come with a 2.4K resolution display that will have a 7:5 aspect ratio. They did not reveal the size of the display.

The company is expected to unveil the OnePlus Pad Go on 6 October.

Since the OnePlus Pad retails for S$699 in Singapore, we believe the OnePlus Pad Go is likely to come at a lower price point with some compromises in the display, processor and build quality.

To recap, the OnePlus Pad sports a 11.6-inch LCD display with 144Hz refresh rates, MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chip, 8GB RAM, OxygenOS 13.1 and a 9,510mAh battery.
