Purported specs of the OnePlus 12 phone have been revealed by tipster Digital Chat Station.

The OnePlus 12 is said to be powered by the upcoming Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform with RAM configurations of 16GB and 24GB. If this is true, the OnePlus 12 could match or even surpass the Nubia RedMagic 8S Pro+ which also has memory configurations of up to 24GB RAM and other recent Android flagship phones such as the Oppo Reno10 Pro+ 5G and Honor Magic5 Pro which maxes out at 12GB RAM.

The display on the OnePlus 12 could be one of the best in the market with a 2K curved panel and "high-frequency dimming" for a flicker-free viewing experience and minimising eye fatigue.

On the camera hardware front, the OnePlus 12 is believed to sport a triple-lens system on the back consisting of the 50MP IMX9 series main camera, 50MP ultra-wide angle camera, and 64MP periscope lens with 3x optical zoom.

Other rumoured specs include a 5,400mAh battery that supports 100W fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging, a metallic mid-frame, a large X-axis motor, and a huge vapour chamber for heat dissipation.

The purported design of the OnePlus 12 was published last month by tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer and tech website Smartprix. OnePlus is expected to launch the OnePlus 12 in global markets by Q1 next year.
