Is this notch-less, bezel-less smartphone the OnePlus 7?

A leaked photo of what is supposedly the upcoming OnePlus 7 has appeared on Chinese social media platform Coolapk.com. The photo shows the top half of a new OnePlus device (pictured above, left) that appears to lack a notch or selfie camera cut out, and also has extremely thin bezels. 

Presumably the selfie camera would slide out of the case (similar to the Oppo Find X) however it's hard to say based on the picture alone.

We also don't know if this is the same phone OnePlus CEO, Pete Lau, was pictured holding last month, with its large circular camera module.

If OnePlus follows its usual release schedule, the OnePlus 7 should be unveiled sometime in May this year.
