Two years after introducing its Z7 and Z6 full-frame mirrorless cameras to the world, Nikon has confirmed that their successors — simply named Z7 II and Z6 II — are coming soon.

The official unveiling of the two new cameras will take place Oct 14, 8 PM SGT; and you can sign up on Nikon USA’s homepage to receive updates on the new products.

According to NikonRumors, the Z7 II and Z6 II are incremental updates to the existing Z7 and Z6, with nearly the same body designs and sensors. Improvements will come by way of a new battery, faster AF performance, faster frame rates and new video features.
