Lenovo announced the all-new ThinkSmart View Plus running Microsoft Teams display with a host of features built into the 27-inch, multi-touch, FHD display so it delivers video, audio, and built-in compute for productivity and collaboration.

There is an octa-core Qualcomm QCS8250 that provides Wi-Fi 6 support and connectivity. Plus, the integrated 4K infrared and RGB camera has the ability to run AI-based features, like auto-framing, and automatic image-quality adjustments. Users can also hear and be heard more clearly with a premium soundbar with two 5w speakers and a four-mic array.

Other connectivity options include one HDMI port, one DisplayPort, two USB-A ports, and one USB-C port.

Lenovo says that the ThinkSmart View Plus offers access to Microsoft Teams chat, calendar, files, and meetings through the device. No mention was made of other videoconferencing options like Zoom or Google Meet.

Additional collaboration comes in the form of a passive stylus pen and a Microsoft whiteboard application so users can share what they write on the display via Teams as they chat.
