The new GoPro Hero camera has a 2-inch touchscreen and costs below S$300
GoPro's first new hardware for the year is an entry-level Hero camera which costs just below S$300.
The new Hero camera looks very similar to the Hero 5 and Hero 6 models. It comes with a 2-inch touchscreen, a feature which it deems as essential for attracting new, more casual customers. Since it has the same footprint as the Hero 5/6 cameras (62.3 x 44.9 x 33mm), you can purchase the same mounts and accessories.
Other key specs include 1440p video recording at 60fps, 10MP stills, waterproofing up to 10m, voice control, video stabilization, QuikStories, fast charging support, stereo audio, one burst shot option (10fps), and one time lapse setting (0.5 seconds per shot).
The HERO camera is available for purchase now at S$295.
