New Assembled Photos and Video of the iPad Mini Mock-up Leaked (Update)
Update: GizChina managed to get their hands on a dummy iPad Mini which was spotted on Taobao, China’s eBay, for roughly US$13. And decided to make a short hands-on video on it. While the device has not been confirmed by Apple, the video gives a good look at what may possibly be an accurate build of the 7.85-inch tablet. The tablet seen in the video looks exactly like the one depicted at the top, save the obvious black plastic strip, which points to a LTE or 3G version. Take a look at the video below:
While last week's Apple event revealed much about new iPods and the latest iPhone 5, nothing was mentioned about the much rumored iPad Mini. Not like it was unexpected anyway - previously rumored to be launched alongside the new iPhone, the iPad Mini is now alleged to be unveiled at a separate event in October.
New iPad Mini assembled photos have emerged since, with the dummy unit/real thing showcasing a pretty complete exterior, one that's in line with previous rumors about it resembling the iPod Touch.
We spotted a rear camera (and if we may add, the smaller 19-pin dock connector) on the back of the alleged iPad Mini - this will certainly reassure those who are worried that the tablet will lack one, as rumors and leaked shots have earlier claimed.
