Nokia's strategic review of its Digital Health business has attracted the interest of several companies.

According to French media outlets, Google-owned Nest and Samsung are reportedly among the four companies interested to acquire Nokia's Digital Health business.

While Samsung states that it "doesn't comment on rumor or speculation", Google did not reply to Wareable's request for comment. Nokia declined to comment on the report and reiterates that its strategic review is still ongoing.

It is unclear whether Nokia will sell everything in its Digital Health business or retain control over some divisions such as the B2B segment. Nonetheless, the sale to the winning bidder is expected to be finalized within this month.
