MSI has just announced two slim and light convertible notebooks designed for business users.

Coming in 13 and 16-inch sizes, the Summit E13 Flip Evo and Summit E16 Flip feature CNC-cut aluminium chassis. The E13 Flip is just 14.9mm thick and weighs 1.35kg.

Both notebooks will feature displays with 16:10 aspect ratios. The extra vertical real estate will be useful to business users who need to scroll through long documents and spreadsheets.

Like most convertible notebooks, the Summit E13 Flip and Summit E16 Flip will support stylus inputs. MSI offers a pen that supports up to 4,096 pressure levels.

Inside, the two notebooks will be powered by Intel's newest Tiger Lake processors. The larger Summit E16 Flip will also come with "the latest NVIDIA graphics card", which, presumably, will make it more suitable for graphics-intensive workloads.

As for battery life, MSI claims the Summit E13 Flip Evo will last up to 20 hours, thanks largely in part to its large 70Wh battery.

One interesting note on the spec sheet is that the two notebooks will support the newer Wi-Fi 6E standard.

In terms of ports, the two notebooks will get two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports. The larger Summit E16 Flip will have the luxury of a full-size HDMI port.
