The Surface Pro X is available for pre-order now!

It's coming!

Last year, Microsoft announced two new detachable notebook devices. One was the Surface Pro 7 and the other was the Surface Pro X.

The former is a conventional Intel-powered Windows detachable notebook. It's been around for years and it's arguably the best detachable notebook money can buy.

The latter is far more interesting as it's sleeker, lighter, and features the new Microsoft SQ1 chip that was developed together with Qualcomm.

However, we always knew that it was going to be a niche device which meant we were never sure if it was coming to Singapore.

That changes today because the Surface Pro X will be available for pre-order in Singapore. And it will be available in retail from 14 January 2020.

Prices will start at S$1,528 for the model with 8GB of memory and 128GB SSD and will go up to S$2,588 for the top-of-the-line model with 16GB of memory and 512GB SSD.

Here's a table with all the available configurations as well as prices of the Surface Pro X accessories.
