Microsoft has revealed a Cyberpunk 2077-themed Xbox One X bundle
You know a big game’s coming when it gets its own console makeover.
Cyberpunk 2077 may have been delayed from April to September 17, 2020 - but the game is still getting its own console this month. Microsoft and developer CD Projekt Red just announced a limited edition Xbox One X bundle with a Cyberpunk 2077 theme.
Cyberpunk 2077 is a highly anticipated sci-fi open-world videogame, set in a pretty dystopian future where humans are almost indistinguishable from androids. The console reflects that, with a glow-in-the-dark symbol, laser-etched markings and custom panels. It looks very sci-fi, that’s for sure - but it's still messy enough to mimic Cyberpunk 2077’s aesthetic.
Microsoft has not announced a price for the Xbox One X, but bundles like these usually cost around US$399 (S$567). That’s pretty fair for a limited-edition console and controller - though it doesn’t come with the game, of course. It’s up to you to decide if this is worth picking up, but you might want to consider saving up for the next-generation Xbox Series X instead.
Cyberpunk 2077 will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia on September 17, 2020. Keanu Reeves will be in it, which is still unbelievable.
