Luxury brand Bang & Olufsen launches their first digital store
Bang & Olufsen’s products have always been available online via partners and reseller websites, but now fans will be able to order direct from the brand via their first digital store – beostore.com. The store will offer B&O’s full range of audio visual products, so you’ll be able to get on-the-go speakers and headphones like the Beosound 1 and the Beoplay H8i and TVs like the BeoVision Horizon all at one stop.
The difference in beostore.com compared to other online retailers is that the web store serves as an extension of the brick-and-mortar flagship store located at the Grand Hyatt Singapore. That means that after-sales care will also be extended via the Grand Hyatt showroom and Service Centre, so you can buy with confidence.
The launch of beostore.com is in accordance to the thrust towards digital consumerism. Customers who know us will still visit the physical store for the brand experience where our product specialist is able to demonstrate connected audio devices and smart living concepts. To confirm their purchases at a later stage without having to commute back to the store again, beostore.com is conveniently available 24/7 for them.
