When it comes to buying new gaming equipment, there are often trade-offs that we gamers have to make for the sake of practicality (read: our budgets). Usually, these come in the form of compromises with regards to quality, aesthetics, or miscellaneous features, and it's honestly tricky to find ones that can achieve a reasonable balance between all of these aspects without outright murdering our wallets.

However, the keyword here is that it is "tricky", and not that these sanity-saving products don't exist at all. But if you insist on seeing an example or just happen to be scouting around for a new set of headphones, there's always the Logitech G335 Wired Gaming Headset.

Sporting an impressively low price tag of S$99, the G335 is Logitech's latest attempt to create headphones that not only provide high-quality, gaming-grade audio but are also comfortable and more importantly, affordable. Good quality headphones with less than three digits before the decimal point tend to be few and far between, but that's not all that this versatile headset has going for it.

Although you can't exactly tell from appearances alone, the G335 is a pretty lightweight set, clocking a mere 240g on the scales. This ties in extremely well with its unique suspension design, which utilizes an adjustable elastic headband coupled with memory foam earpads to ensure long-lasting comfort while gaming. In terms of features, the G335 features the staples - there's your standard-issue 3.5mm audio jack, a volume roller situated on one of the ear cups, and a microphone that can be flipped out of the way when not in use. Speaking of microphones, the audio quality of the G335 is also Discord-certified, meaning you should have no issues at all calling out that stray wandering enemy for your buddies in Valorant.

As for the audio itself, while you certainly can't expect to see diamond-encrusted skyscraper-rattling drivers in the G335, its gaming-grade 40mm neodymium drivers should be enough to satisfy your needs, delivering crisp and clear audio so you can fully immerse yourself into the beat of a rhythm game or the cacophony of a warzone. Finally, the G335 wraps up the package with two different colours to choose from, both of which will look good in just about any gaming setup.

As for availability, the Logitech G335 will only be available starting mid-July and can be purchased from all authorised resellers as well as the official Logitech G store on Lazada and Shopee. For more information, you can also check out the official product page
