Local telcos announce price plans of Samsung Galaxy Note 5
If you’ve been anywhere near the Internet today, you would have probably heard about how Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 5 with no removable battery and the Galaxy S6 Edge+ with their new QWERTY keyboard covers. It’s a popular choice, no doubt, but dropping S$1,088 to S$1,288 might not be for everyone.
Not to worry. Our local telcos are more than ready to offer the new phones at prices within reach of your wallets. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 4G+ will be available from 15 August 2015 while the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ 4G+ will be available from 22 August 2015 at local telecommunication operators, major consumer electronics stores, authorised retailers and Samsung Experience Stores. At a glance, all telcos carry both Black and Gold versions of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Without further ado, here goes the numbers:

Do note that StarHub has separate menus on their site for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 32GB and 64GB price plans.
StarHub has an ongoing promotion where you can shave S$100 off selected phones, if you sign up for their HomeHub Go package. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is one of the few selected devices that can be acquired from this package.

M1 price plans for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 for the 32GB and 64GB versions are on separate pages. It is interesting to note that M1 has an option where you can buy the 32GB at its full price, but lacks such an option for the 64GB smartphone, on their site.
