Details on the triple-lens camera system for the Galaxy S10 have been leaked by Korean publication ETNews.

According to ETNews, the rumored triple-lens system on the Galaxy S10 consists of a primary 12MP wide-angle lens, a super wide-angle 16MP lens, and a 13MP telephoto lens which can offer up to 3X optical zoom. In addition, ETNews claimed that Samsung has decided to equip two of the three Galaxy S10 models with the triple-lens system.

ETNews initially reported in June that only one of the three upcoming Galaxy S10 models will come with the triple-lens system. Samsung is also said to be putting two front-facing cameras on the Galaxy S10 model.

These camera modules could be developed in collaboration with Israeli 3D camera solution startup Mantis Vision and domestic module maker Woodgate. The Galaxy S10 is expected to be launched in January 2019.
