LG Electronics has certainly been busy. From gaming monitors to refrigerators, the company has showcased a wide variety of products at IFA 2022, but for lack of a better term, one of their most unique reveals is quite literally a "showcase". For shoes, that is.

The new LG Styler ShoeCase and ShoeCare package answers an age-old problem faced by "sneakerheads" - specifically, being forced to choose between displaying a fabulous pair of sneakers versus keeping it in good condition. Equipped with LG's state-of-the-art TrueSteam technology, this all-in-one bundle is not only space-efficient but protects against humidity and fabric-discolouring UV light as well, ensuring that your display pairs are always kept pristine.

On the inside, guests will be able to observe the shoes in all their glory with a 360-degree rotating turntable, and the best part is that you're not limited to just one. The Styler ShoeCase features a modular design that allows for up to four display cases to be stacked on top of one another, and the 10 different ShoeCare protocols cater to all sorts of shoe types, from leather to suede and even sports footwear.

In addition, the Styler ShoeCare solution also utilises the aforementioned TrueSteam technology in tandem with LG's Zeo-Dry filter and multiple Moving Nozzles to refresh up to four pairs of shoes in just 37 minutes. The Zeo-Dry filter leverages zeolite's innate ability to soak up moisture and remove smells, while the Moving Nozzles can automatically adjust their height based on the display pairs that are being worked on.

Two pairs of shoes can be refreshed at any one time with the in-built Dual Care system, even if they have different fabric care needs. Naturally, users can tailor these refresh protocols and access other miscellaneous features through LG's handy ThinQ app, which the company will constantly keep updated through collaborations with different lifestyle brands.

As for pricing and availability, LG has yet to announce any information on those aspects, but do stick around - we'll keep you posted as soon as they arrive.
