LG just confirmed the name of its upcoming smartphone, the LG Wing.

The LG Wing is the first device to be launched under the company's Explorer Project, which is a new mobile category aimed at discovering new ways to interact with mobile devices by challenging established user norms.

Earlier reports from The Korea Herald and ETNews indicate that the LG Wing is a dual-screen phone with a primary display that can swivel sideways to reveal the secondary display underneath.

LG will unveil the Wing on 14 September on its official YouTube channel and Facebook page.
