One week after taking the wraps off the V40 ThinQ without any information on its specs, LG today formally announced the handset with the full list of specs.

Dubbed the "ultimate five camera smartphone", the V40 ThinQ has three rear cameras (16MP f/1.9 super wide, 12MP f/1.5 standard, 12MP f/2.4 telephoto) and two front-facing cameras (8MP f/1.9 standard, 5MP f/2.2 wide).

The three rear cameras allow you to frame different shots without having to change position relative to the subject and stitch the images captured with each of the three lenses into a short video file for easy sharing. The two font-facing cameras work together to create bokeh effects with an on-screen slider to adjust the amount of background blur.

Other specs include a 6.4-inch 19:5:9 QHD+ OLED FullVision Display, Snapdragon 845, 6GB RAM, Android 8.1 Oreo, 64/128GB internal storage space with microSD support up to 2TB, a 3,300mAh battery, Bluetooth 5.0 BLE, NFC, USB Type-C 2.0, IP68 water/dust resistance, 32-bit Hi-Fi Quad DAC with DTS:X 3D Surround Sound, face recognition, fingerprint sensor and Google Assistant.

Local pricing and availability of the LG V40 ThinQ will be announced soon.
