Lenovo launches ThinkVision M14t to bring dual monitoring on the go
Ever wished you could have a dual monitor setup for your mobile device, wherever you are? Lenovo just announced the new ThinkVision M14t for the Singapore market, designed to bring the extra edge (and monitor) to your portable workstation.
At its core, the ThinkVision M14t is a 14-inch, Full HD resolution, IPS LCD portable monitor that weighs just 698g. It can connect to any compatible mobile device (smartphone, laptop, tablet) via its two full-function USB Type-C ports. The adjustable, touchscreen-capable display has a maximum brightness of 300-nits, and TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light technology for reduced eye strain during use.
Among the ThinkVision's M14t's features is the 'digital active pen'. This included stylus supports 4096 levels of pressure for sketching and annotations. The ThinkVision M14t's launch video also showcased the portable monitor's USB-C Power Pass-Through functionality, allowing you to charge your connected mobile device by plugging the M14t to a power source. Finally, the touchscreen capabilities of the M14t are independent - it works even with non-touchscreen mobile devices.
While we were told that the Lenovo ThinkVision M14t would come to Singapore in the 'later part of 2020', we weren't given an exact date or price yet - so we'll update once it's made known to us. For now, we do know that it retails in other markets at US$449 (~S$621) come September 2020.
