The virtual girl group is coming back with a full-length EP!

League of Legends had a hit on their hands when they introduced K/DA, a virtual K-pop group back in 2018. The group has somehow increased in popularity since then, with an overwhelming amount of fan art, new character skins and Secretlab chairs - despite having not released a new song in two years.

That changed earlier today. K/DA finally dropped a brand-new single, entitled ‘The Baddest’, with a snazzy lyric video to go along with it. This single comes off their upcoming full-length EP, which means that we’ll likely see more music get released from the group in the coming weeks.

It’s worth noting that while Soyeon and Miyeon of (G)I-dle are returning to voice Akali and Ahri, characters Evelynn and Kai’Sa are going to sound a little different. Bea Miller and Wolftyla voice Evelynn and Kai’Sa, replacing Madison Beer and Jaira Burns, respectively.

Head of the Riot Games Music label Toa Dunn says:

Ever since K/DA premiered their explosive track POP/STARS at the 2018 League of Legends World Championships, fans always ask what’s next for the group. We can’t wait for everyone to hear the new track today, followed by the EP later in the year, which is packed with tons of surprises for League of Legends and K/DA fans to enjoy.
