Kojima Productions has released an 8-minute launch trailer for Death Stranding

Hideo Kojima has released the final trailer for Death Stranding at Paris Games Week (PGW) 2019. It’s a massive look at the game by typical ‘launch trailer’ standards - sitting at almost 8 minutes in length.

This might be the deepest look Kojima has given us at the story of his game, which until now has been shrouded in mystery. Thus, you should be warned before watching; this trailer seems to contain a couple key scenes in the game’s story. You might want to just wait the next 8 days out and play it yourself.

For those who don’t really care about spoilers and are eager to gobble up whatever information about the game they can get their hands on - join the party! Kojima has made it known that all these trailers are part of the journey to Death Stranding, stating at PGW 2019 that the next step of the journey is having players finally play the game.

So, technically, this is all part of Kojima’s grand plan. Hopefully, that means those launch trailer spoilers are hiding a lot more that we don’t know yet. Death Stranding will be released for the PlayStation 4 on November 8, 2019, and for PC in 2020. We’ll have a review for the game up soon - look forward to it!
