Kia Singapore officially launches the Kia Connect Lite app

Kia Singapore officially announced the Kia Connect Lite app, which it claims to be a first in its segment.

The Kia Connect Lite app is loaded with smart features such as remote control, vehicle status and diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, emergency assist, driving statistics and more. 

With the Connect Lite app, users can lock and unlock their vehicle, and start and stop the engine. In addition, climate control can be scheduled to be activated with engine ignition. This allows the vehicle to be cooled to a desired temperature before the user enters the vehicle.

The Connect Lite app equips users wiith real-time diagnostic data such as tyre pressure, fuel percentage, mileage, and battery status. A vehicle health check can also be initiated to detect any vehicle faults, and if any is found, the user will be prompted to book an appointment through the myC&C app. 

Other useful information such as real-time trip logs, driving information, eco score and speed pattern are available on the app. The emergency assist feature will notify pre-registered quick contact when the vehicle's airbags are activated.
